GoPro Shares Fall 12%; Aetna Raises Its Minimum Wage to $16
The rebound today was short-lived as U.S. stocks ended the day in the red. The Dow had a 280-point gain earlier in the day, but that completely evaporated showing how volatile the stock market has been so far in 2015. GoPro's (GPRO) shares fell drastically today after Apple (AAPL) was awarded a patent for a mountable camera. GoPro currently is the leader in sports cameras but that may change now that Apple was awarded this patent. Aetna (AET) is raising its hourly minimum wage to $16 starting in April.
