A stop-loss order that must be executed at a certain price, regardless of other considerations. A stop-loss order is intended to prevent large losses on an investment. It instructs a broker to sell an investment if its prices fall to a certain level. An at the price stop-loss order requires the broker to sell an investment at a certain level without regard to market conditions.
