DNR
An acronym that stands for do not reduce and refers to an order type in securities that specifies not to reduce the price of a stock going ex-dividend. A DNR order instructs the broker not to reduce the price of his orders by the ex-dividend amount on the ex dividend date. also called a do not reduce order.
