Forex Hedge
Strategy to protect an investment from unexpected or unfavorable exchange rate movements, often by using a Foreign Currency Option. Such an option comes without obligation and allows an investor to trade a predetermined currency in the future for a specific price if he or she wants to, thereby offering protection on their current position. Note that the practice is not allowed by all Forex brokers.
