definition

The audited annual financial report that publicly traded companies are required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) within 90 days of the close of the company's fiscal year. The 10K is the most comprehensive of the SEC-required filings and includes detailed information about the company's financial performance for the previous year. See EDGAR.
