quarterly revenue growth
A measure of the rate at which a company's income has increased during the previous fiscal quarter. While any increase in revenue might be viewed as positive for a company, on a quarterly basis investors are primarily concerned with whether the company reports revenue growth that matches what the company and analysts have forecast for the quarter.
