A foreign exchange swap that exchanges the delivery of a contract from the conventional value date to the immediately following valid value date. Corporations might use one or more spot next swaps to push out a Forex Hedge maturing on the spot value date for a currency pair to the next available Business Day for delivery if their underlying Exposure has been delayed by a short period.
