Ted spread
The price difference between a three month U.S. Treasury futures contract and a three month Eurodollar futures contract that deliver in the same month. Some forex traders consider movements in the Ted spread to reflect the current trending activity of general corporate credit risk, assuming that U.S. Treasuries are relatively risk free, with higher spread levels indicating higher perceived credit risk.
