The investment seeks total return consistent with a moderate level of risk relative to the broad stock market. The fund is a "fund of funds," and invests its assets in other underlying mutual funds. It builds a portfolio of mutual fund investments that has a moderate level of risk relative to the S&P 500 Index. The fund invests 60% of total assets in underlying funds that invest primarily in equity securities and 40% of its total assets in underlying funds that invest primarily in fixed-income securities. It is nondiversified.
